Returns must be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of the Alpinique Product.
All returned Product(s) must be in their original packaging, in perfect condition, unused, unopened and accompanied by all the accessories and documents provided with them. Any products that are returned damaged, used, incomplete, kann not be refunded and will only be returned to you at your request and expense. If your return does not comply with the above terms and conditions, Alpinique Organics will be unable to reimburse you for the cost of the Product(s).

You will be refunded to the original form of payment within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your returned product(s).
